Adventures_in_Appalachia: Elliott Kasprzak has a bachelors degree in Outdoor Recreation Leadership and Management. He is currently working at Jimmy John's and the YMCA of Marquette County to finance the trip. Karen Kasprzak has a bachelors degree in psychology and is currently working at the YMCA of Marquette County as the Supervisor of a youth center. She can also be seen on the street of Marquette late at night vending hot dogs to finance the trip. Dan graduated from Beech Springs Academy in 2006. He is currently the head of the Research & Development department of Sno-Way Int. snowplow company. They have very graciously given him a leave of absence to hike the trail. He enjoys long philosophical discussions and eating oreos. April 10, 2011 the three will all become professional hikers!
